Suhaila Online Classes, Week 20
Sep. 9th, 2011 01:33 pm I think I have reached a breakthrough. I worked with a Level One Interior and Exterior Hip Circles class on Monday and the last three days struggled with muscle pain and then exhaustion. Today, though, I worked with another Hip Circles class that also revised pelvic locks and interior hip squares alongside glute singles and I had a really good time. I was mindful, not rushing; I was also drilling in a bikini bra instead of the t shirts I usually wear on top of my yoga pants, so I was able to see better how my isolations were improving. My interior hip circles today looked really juicy, and I liked the way my heavy belly actually works to give them depth. My left glute is still visibly weaker than my right, but it's improving. I skipped the walking drills but did a bit of the combo and the cooldown.
