 Should I get a Twitter? I rarely write long posts, and I do excel at the short pointed squibs that Twitter seems to be good for. I've also looked at getting a Tumblr but I'd rather have comments, because although I only have about ten or twenty regular commenters they're among the smartest commenters on LJ/DW, and I'll often elaborate upon lacunae in my original posts in the comment threads.

I have an account, but I haven't tweeted anything yet... (Right now I'm mainly using it to get around NYT's paywall because I like to read Paul Krugman...)
