I just made and ate goat curry, with brown rice cooked with spinach. The goat meat was a gift of Qurbani scraps from a middle aged couple at zikhr. I used my basic chicken curry recipe and added garam masala, chili powder and saffron. Resented the ribbiness, adored the lumps of fat which to me are the whole point of quadraped meat. I'm going to see if I can save up for a goat next Eid ul Azha, maybe even donate the alms portion to a local charity.
